Is it possibile to teach art? Teaching art can only coincide with showing "how to do it", leaving entirely open and unresolved the question of the way in which art is made up of life's practices.
Massimo Carboni teaches Aesthetics at the University of Tuscia di Viterbo and the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. Historian, art critic and theoretic of aesthetics, he has been dealing with philosophical issues that intersect the plurality of artistic expressions, the statute of the techniques and the anthropological root of expression. Among his recent books: L’occhio e la pagina.
