The perpetual peace of Immanuel Kant it is introduced and described in order to deepen the theory of cosmopolitan law, with particular reference to the question of migration and hospitality rights.
Massimo Mori is Emeritus Professor at the University of Turin. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of numerous philosophical journals and of the Editorial Committee of the "Il Mulino". He is president of the "Piero Martinetti" Foundation. His scientific interests have turned to the philosophy of history, the history of ideas, the problem of conflict and war, the thought of Kant and that of Nietzsche.
